who we are
We are Child Focused Training Ltd. Our
website is childfocused.training.
what personal data
we collect and why we collect it
In the course of delivering training,
we collect and process some data about you. For example, we record who you are,
when you completed the training course, you performance in the training and
which organisation you work with. This helps us to administrate training and
verify who we have trained to what level.
who we share your
data with
We share data about you with your
organisation. This enables us to deliver training services on their behalf.
This means that we may talk to your fostering service about you; about how you
have performed in training and if we have any positive feedback about you or
concerns. Sharing such information is necessary for us to deliver training
well.
It’s also important for you to
understand our model of training as by participating in our training, it is
likely that you will share information about yourself with other participants.
We deliver classroom style online training. If you share your microphone and
webcam, other participants will see and hear you. If you share information,
this will be heard and seen by other participants. We establish clear ground
rules regarding this at the start of all training sessions and we do not allow
participants to record sessions.
Sometimes, we ourselves do record
training sessions. We do this in order that we can replay the training session
to others on an ‘on demand’ basis. This means that your contributions within
the training may be heard by other participants of training at a later date. We
will inform you if a training session that you attend is being recorded for
this purpose.
